When an order is placed we recieve an order notification and then payment confirmation. Once payment has been recieved you will be notified by email during our daily office hours regarding your items estimated day of despatch and an aprox. delivery day. All orders are sent by delivery service. If we are unfortunately out of stock of the product you have ordered we will notify you of this and inform you of when we will recieve stock, or we can issue an imediate refund through Pay Pal. Most orders will be sent within 1 - 3 days of receiving an order, depending on the specifics of the order and stock at the time.
